Introduction:
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of KidShuttle, a product provided by Beyond Universe Software Technologies LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided:
KidShuttle offers a software suite designed for child transportation fleets. Our services include operations management, fleet management, real-time tracking, and client support for child care centers and schools. We provide a Partner app for transportation companies, a Driver app for drivers, and a Parent app for parents.
User Responsibilities:
Account Registration: Partners must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up-to-date.
Compliance: Partners are responsible for ensuring that their use of KidShuttle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Subscriptions:
Fees: Partners are required to pay the subscription fees as outlined in their agreement with us. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Payment Collection: Our Partners are responsible for collecting payments from parents and schools (if the school has an agreement or collaboration with the child transportation fleet company). KidShuttle only processes the subscription fees from Partners.
Intellectual Property :
All content, features, and functionality of KidShuttle, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Beyond Universe LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Universe Software Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of KidShuttle.
Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KidShuttle at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of KidShuttle.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KidShuttle will be resolved in the courts located in Coppell, Texas.
Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our services.
